The unisex EMS suit is an electrode dress made of ultra-lightweight yet durable fabric that can be exposed to extreme studio use. After choosing the adequate technology suit the trainer puts it on the client and connects the control unit to the suit. The trainer starts the training by using the tablet software and configures the intensity of each muscle group separately for every individual. Session should be configured according to training objective, and gradually increase intensity. Trainer’s task is to give instructions, show the exercises, and correct mistakes.

Scientific research recommends 2-3 EMS sessions in Power Mode per week, because it is a really intensive form of exercise and it is neccessary to wait 36 hours between two sessions to let your body recover. However, you can still use the EMS suit in Cardio Mode more freely, even for recovery.

Relative contraindications (electric stimulation cannot be applied on the given body part if any of the relative contraindications exist, but other parts of the body may be subject to electric stimulation and training): adiposity, acute arthritis, acute neuralgia, massive accumulation of body liquid, diabetes mellitus, lymphedema, metallic implants, open skin injuries and eczema, progressive muscular dystrophy, pregnancy and menstruation, sunburns and burns, thrombosis, varicose veins.
